It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garnet May Mietz of Mayville, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Warren Berry; her husband Elezar Mietz; her son David; her grandson Kory; and her brother Arthur Berry.

She is survived by: her son Darin Mietz (Chrystal); her siblings, Bonnie Turnbow (Steve), Debbie Smith and Warren Berry (Glenda); and her daughter-in-law Lois Mietz. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
