He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter W. Skalski and Mary L. Skalski (Papierz). He is survived by: his wife Debora Skalski; his children, Vincent Skalski and Heather Hixson; his grandchildren, Katerina, Lillian and Alexander Hixson; and his siblings, Richard Skalski (Mary Francis), Felix Skalski (Jean) and Francesca Nelson (Ronald).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Frederick's memory may be given to Holy Family Radio at EWTN in Vicksburg.
