Paul LaCinski (Tammy); her nieces, Michelle Davis, Elizabeth LaCinski and Sara Dixon (Marcus); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah LaCinski, Alyssa Davis, Harper Dixon, Hunter Davis, Dustin Simpkins and Andrew Simpkins; and her close friends, Maureen Stockwell, Kim and Gary Smith.
In leu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Catholic Community of Saints James, Cornelius & Cyprian.
