He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bales and Christine Bales (Hirt); his sons, Gary, Brian and Kyle; and his daughter-in-law Rexanne.
He is survived by: his significant other Roberta Ann Fredrickson; his daughter Cheryl (Roy); his grandsons, Jordan Bales and Tim (Jessica Cissney); his great grandchild Emma Bales; and his daughter-in-law Ellen.
