She was predeceased by: her brothers, Oren, Lee, Max and Steve Herbert. She is survived by: her husband Albert; her son Albert Jr. Hoekstra (Patsy); her grandchildren, Jon Hoekstra (Amber) and Vanessa Tillison (Justin); her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Owen, Everett Hoekstra and Mason Tillison; her brothers, Barry Herbert (Linda), Frank Herbert (Kathleen) and James Herbert (Terri); her sisters-in-law, Grace Herbert, Gertrude Hoekstra and Marlene Hoekstra; and her niece Sarah Gorton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
