He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brewington and Irene Brewington (Gnas); his wife Nellie Grauman; and his brother Frank Gnas. He is survived by: his sons, William Fortner Jr. (Jacki) of Killeen and Ray Brewington; his stepdaughters, Teresa Wentworth (Brian) of Holly, Carrie Hoskins (David) of Williamston, Michele Opincar (Josh) of Phoenix and Kathleen Higgins (Frank) of Howell; and his brother Daniel Brewington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandson with twin great granddaughters.
