It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlsie Maxine Nowland of Marion, Michigan, born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband William Earl Todd; and her husband Kenneth Darrow Nowland. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Rack (Wes), Betty Sue Kohlhoff (Allan), Ruth Ann DelPiero (Timothy), Michael William Michael Todd (Kathy) and Roger Darrow Nowland (Tiffany). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
