It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Thompson of Marine City, Michigan, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert W. Thompson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thompson and Helen Thompson; his wife Joyce Zweng; his brother Dennis Thompson; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Schweihofer and LeRoy Zweng.

He is survived by: his brother Norman Thompson (Garlin); his sisters-in-law, Elaine Schweihofer and Anne Zweng; and his close friends, Joe and Denise Slankster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Our Lady on the River Parish, Holy Cross.
