She is survived by: her children, Kirk Achatz (Arlene) of Cottrellville and Annette Blaylock of Arizona; her grandchildren, Brittany Sachwitz (Daryl), Ricky Hyatt, Dalton Achatz (Heather), Donovan Achatz and Alexandria Blaylock; her great grandchildren, Daryl, Charlotte, Colton and Roman; her siblings, Donna Bernyk (Richard) and Jerry Majewski; and her nieces, Stacy and Janet.
