It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Lee Rayner (Marine City, Michigan), born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Joshua Rayner of Port Huron; his mother Pamela Jean Rayner of Marine City; his siblings, Chris Rayner (Lisa) of St. Clair Shores and Kimberly Ashmore (Ryan) of Georgia; and his nieces, Madeline Rayner and Charlotte Rayner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
