He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cushard and Pearl Cushard. He is survived by: his significant other Carol Supin; his children, William Cushard (Nikki) of Atlanta, Georgia, Kimbereley Ann Cushard of Marine City and Daniel Cushard (Cathy) of Huntington Woods; his grandchildren, Alicia (Brett), Christopher, Jeffery, Jason, Shawn, Alyssa, Caleb and Theo; and his great grandchild William.
