She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Turnbull and Edna Turnbull; her husband Desmond Frank; and her sister Elaine Brettin. She is survived by: her children, David Frank (Anne), Dale Frank (Cindy), Neil Frank (Sue), Norma McConnell (Steve) and Steven Frank (Kathy). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
