He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest Calamita, Andrew and Elanora Krempa. He is survived by: his parents, David Sr. Calamita and Kim Calamita; his sisters, Keri Chipman (Michael), Nicole Calamita and Danielle Calamita; his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Amelia, Lucas and Skyler; his grandparents, Janet Snar of Roseville and Arthur Snar of Lexington; and his significant other Morgan Teltow.
