She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ray and Caroline Ray; her granddaughter Faith Marie; and her sister Susan Young. She is survived by: her husband John E. Foley; her children, Jason Cardinal, Jeffrey Cardinal (Stephanie O'Dell) and Shannon Conover (Jason); her stepdaughter Shawndra Foley; her daughter-in-law Andrea Cardinal; her grandchildren, Michael, Neil, April, Christopher, Georgia Cardinal, Austin Smayfield (Melissa), Elijah, Allison, Casey Steenbergh, Simon, Samuel and Joshua Conover; her siblings, Ellen Knoll (Royce), Christine Whittington (Terry) and Matthew Ray (Donna); and her brother-in-law Pat Young.
