He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Robbins and Cleo Robbins (Lawless); and his brothers, Robert and Larry Robbins. He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Ramos and Christopher Robbins of Virginia Beach, VA; and his sister Carlee Robbins of Houghton Lake.
