He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Edward and Martha Ann Tincher (Roof). He is survived by: his wife Colleen Miller; his daughter Stacey Short (David) of Brooklyn; his brother Ron Tincher of Hillsdale; his grandchildren, Megan and Madison Short; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Tincher (Natasha) of Hamilton, IN and Jamie Catlett (Shawn) of Milan, MI. He is also survived by one step child, two step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
