He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Moeke and Jenny Moeke (DeJonge); his grandson Ryan Austin; and his siblings, George Moeke, Gertrude VanDorple and Vivian Layton.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Mills; his grandchildren, Steven, Savannah, Emilee, Madelaine and Gerritt; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Tristin, AndieLynn, Austin and Eloise.
