She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Skaggs and Florence Skaggs (Chaney); her husband Melvin Harcourt; and her brothers, Earl, Chester, Robert Jr. and Dickie.
She is survived by: her children, John Skaggs (Ferol) of Fife Lake, Melvia Harcourt of Crystal River, Michael Harcourt (Christina) of St. Johns, MI and Cynthia Fahrenback (Gerald) of Bartow Fla; and her siblings, Rick Skaggs (Kay) of Rapid City, Elmer Skaggs (Laura) of Mancelona, Eldon Skaggs (Sue) of Burton, Lila Mott (James) of Mancelona, Sally Moore and Coral Frisbee (Don). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
