He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Rowe (Richard) and Mary Huffman (Bill); his grandchildren, Diane Reeves (Robert), William Rowe, David Huffman, Robert Rowe (Heather), Richard Rowe Jr., Lisa Lay, Larry Huffman and Melissa Champagne; his great grandchildren, Rachel Suarez (Mario), Tyler Lay, Brendon Lay, Brett Lay, Madison Rowe, Charlotte Rowe Hubbard and Ally Rowe; and his siblings, Jack Davis (Shelby) and Joann Bays. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
