She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lee and Josephine Ann Ketelhut (Ustaszewski); her siblings, Leonard Ketelhut, Terry Ketelhut and Barbara Deemer (Ketelhut); and her daughter Debbie Sparks (MacDonough).
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Tim MacDonough (Teri) and Tracy Jones (MacDonough); her little Shih Tzu Laddie; and her grandchildren, Angela, Adam, Frank, Megan, Josh, Whitley, Katelyn, Austin, Serenity and Bailey. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
