He is survived by: his girlfriend Terry; his children, James Timothy and Susan Therese; his grandchildren, Just David Campbell, Curtis Smith (Melanie), Shannon Nicole Smith, Jamie Ann Swinehart (Adam), Emily Prince (Milo), Matthew Sands (Samantha), Deryk Kucharski, Madeline Sands and Luke Sands; and his great grandchildren, Alayna Breanne Smith and Hazel Therese Smith.
