He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Thrush-Quatro; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Thrush (Debra), Kathleen Thrush-Shaginaw (Rich), Daniel Thrush (Kristine) and Kenneth Thrush (Annette); and his grandsons, Mike (Zheng), Jeff, Steve (Ashlee), Joe, David (Jennifer), Ben and Nick.
