We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2021, at the age of 69, Jacqueline (Kustak) Marie Kukuk of Macomb Township, Michigan, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kustak and Lorena Kustak; and her husband Gary Kukuk. She is survived by: her son Steven M. Kukuk; her grandsons, Zachary Kukuk and Nolan Kukuk; her siblings, Sherry Smith (Dale), Linda Cuttler (Gary), Charlie Kustak (Wendy) and Tom Kustak; and her aunt Aggie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Memorial tributes would be appreciated to St. Peter Lutheran Church, Macomb or Canine Unit for Macomb County Sheriff's Department.
