She was predeceased by: her parents, George Whelpley and Beverly Whelpley; and her brother Raymond. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Pepper; her daughters, Dr. Julie Jessop (Mark) of West Point and Amy Pepper of Ludington; and her grandchildren, Susan, Raymond and Eliza.
