He is survived by: his wife Jo Kelley (Howey); his children, John Paul and Tara; his grandchildren, Lochlan, Claire, Adelyn, Lisa and James Tracy; his great grandchildren, Nora and Scott Madison; his brother Art; his children, Shelley and Rick; his grandchildren, Sean Hartley, Chad and Jeanie; his brother Jerry; his niece Brenda; his brother Bill; his nephew Travis; his great-niece Samantha; his nephew Matt Coughlin; and also, Ellie, Daniel and Hailey. He is also survived by his wife, children, brothers, relatives and friends.
