It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Marilyn Gabel of Ludington, Michigan, born in Vickery, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fredrick Schmitz and Martha Schmitz (Adelman); her husband James "Jim" Arthur Gabel; her children, Christopher Gabel (Ellen) of Arlington, Teresa Vo (Bao) of Baltimore, Kevin Gabel (Karina) of Harrisonburg, Gregory Gabel (Kasey Church) of Portland and Laura Miller (Evan) of Traverse City; her grandchildren, Nina Gabel, Lucia Gabel, Ryan Miller, Colin Miller, Alicia Vo and Wren Gabel; and her sister Lois Myers of Gainesville, Florida..
