He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hinds and Barbara Hinds (Brown); and his siblings, James Hinds Jr. and Barbara Hinds. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Bowne, Willam Hinds, Timothy Hinds (Jeannie), Ann Schihl (Barry), Michael Hinds (Dana), Gregory Hinds and Kathleen Shillinger; his children, Tara Wynne Nelkie and Brandon Twarog (Michelle); and his granddaughter Hope Wynne Nelkie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
