He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Russell and Ruth Russell; his father-in-law Arnold DeLoof; and his sister-in-law Karen DeLoof. He is survived by: his sons, Andy Russell, David Devroy and Scott DeLoof; his mother-in-law Norann DeLoof; his brothers, Richard Russell (Carolyn), David Russell (Terri), Thomas Russell (Amy) and Brian DeLoof (Barb); and his uncle Neal Russell (Rusty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
