He was predeceased by: his brother Ben. He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Nowakowski, Marjorie Mayhew (Mike) and James Gratz; his sister-in-law Dorothy Gratz; his grandchildren, Lisa Haberman (John), Kyle Mayhew, Drew Mayhew (Claire Fisher), Sarah Mayhew and Matthew Mayhew; and his great grandchild Channing Haberman.
