He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Julie (Joe), Eva and David; his grandchildren, Amanda (Dave), Kristen (David), Cody, Kyler, Kyle and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Donnie, Tony, Graham, Jack and Vivian; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Elaine, Tom, Cindi and Conrad.
