He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Jess and Mildred Mae Goodwin (Rupert); and his siblings, Arthur Goodwin, Leona McLenna and Joyce Nelson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mirita Chipman, Tonya Barker (Kevin), Cindy Dickerson (Brian), Christina Zacker (David), Aubern Goodwin and Manton Goodwin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter; sister, Mary Thrasher; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
