He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. O'Malley and Ethel Maxine O'Malley (Murphy); and his siblings, Bonnie O'Malley, Charlene Jacobi and Patrick O'Malley.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen O'Malley (Bigelow); his children, Jamie Genevie (Thomas) and Jason O'Malley (Megan Schwalenberg); his granddaughters, Virginia, Cecilia and Amelia; and his siblings, Timothy O'Malley and Daneen O'Malley. He is also survived by many siblings-in-law and nieces and nephews.
