He was predeceased by: his father James W. Luketich. He is survived by: his mother Helen Luketich (Gadany); his wife Gale Lynn Wright; his children, Arick Luketich and Julie Taylor (Jason); his grandchildren, Liliana and Theodore Taylor; his siblings, Rose Hall, Ilonka Geisenhaver, Tony Luketich, Steve Luketich, Lydia Yaklin and Andrea Green; and his pet Vala. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
