He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Baldwin and Grace Baldwin; his former wife Patricia Henley; and his daughter Cynthia Lynn Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McClelland; his children, Michael G. Baldwin, Mark S. Baldwin (Eileen) and Tricia A. Arnold (Tom); his stepson Lloyd McClelland (Christine); his grandchildren, Brittany Baldwin (Daniel), Josh Baldwin (Megan), Katherine Damiani (Erik), Steven Baldwin (Lauren), Leigh Anne Strickland (Eric), Jaclyn Arnold, Alexander Arnold, Bryan McClelland, Josef McClelland (Judy) and Patrick McClelland (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Scarlett, Sadie, Charles, Jack and Ruby; his siblings, James Baldwin and Delores Foster; and his friend James Lott.
