He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Chame Scharrer (Brent), Mike Graves (Melissa), Kelly Slater, Ashley Card (Justin) and Christopher Ware (Emily); his grandchildren, Ty, Lydia, Dominic, Evan, Easton, Beau, Mason and Raegan; and his sister Charlene Douglas (Keith).
