He is survived by: his wife Heidi Salisbury; his daughters, Tabitha Guin (Steven), Samantha Lademan (Daniel) and Bobbi Salisbury (Brian Downing); his grandchildren, Milo, Abigail, Alexandra, Zackary, Sydney, Jaiden, Mason and Madelyn; and his siblings, Emmit Salisbury (Joyce), Margaret Copeland (Ron) and Mary Shultz (Rick).
