He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Shalynn Chorkey; and his sister Kathleen Jakey. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Brie Inman, Lillieana, Anthem and Richard; and his siblings, Cindy Neff (Dale), Donna May (Bob), Russ Chorkey (Diane), Beth Cannon (Mike), Irene O'Connor (Ralph) and Joann Strader (Mike).
