She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Adkins (Harry) and William Taylor; her husband Basil Adkins; and her siblings, Isabelle, Peggy, William, Dottie and Betty.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Adkins (Judy), Brad Adkins (Gale) and Tammy Hall (Mike Ammons); her sister Sarah Blanchard (Tom); and her grandchildren, Lisa, Christopher, Michael, Amy, Kristi, Jeff and Shannon.
