It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zula Mae Campbell (Lawrence, Michigan), who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Nesby (Collins) and Charlee Nesby of Kerrville; and her husband Levi Campbell Sr.. She is survived by: her pet Rascal; her children, LaVera Campbell of Plano, Edith J. Campbell Bawn Ndumbi (Charles) of Alexandria, Levi Campbell, Jr. (Archana) of Arlington and Rico Campbell (Tonae) of Mesa, Arizona; her sister Elizabeth Owens (Nesby) of Flint; her grandchildren, Gregory, Jeffrey, Jamaal, Kaiya, Ricardo and Edith; her nieces, Thelma Jefferson (Johnny), Dora Daniels and Ardelia Williams; and her nephew Louis Owens of Flint. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren. And a host of nieces and nephews.
