He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Soltysiak and Regina Soltysiak Dewitt (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Lois (Gates); his grandchildren, Kristy LaLonde (Tim), Steven Soltysiak (Shelley) and Denise Eyre; and his sister Jacqueline Schmidt (Elmer).

Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist or Good Samaritan Rescue Mission of Bay City.
