He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Murillo; his children, Jorge Hernandez (Paola) of Bangor, Esmeralda Murillo Perez of Lawrence and Juventino Murillo, Jr. (Teagan) of Vicksburg; and his siblings, Elidia Murillo Lopez, Maria Avila and Juan Avila. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
