He is survived by: his wife Janice Palmer of Lapeer; his sons, William Palmer (Yvonne) of Clifford, Christopher Palmer (Karen) of Sault St and David Palmer (Tina) of Lapeer; his grandchildren, Amber Riggs (Ryan), William, Alicia (Wyatt Ostrum), Sylas, Arnold and Evangelyne; and his siblings, Margaret Helin (Larry) of Lapeer and John Palmer (Jeanette) of Green River, Wyoming..
Pastor Grant Lobb will be officiating., In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made tot Trinity United Methodist Church in Lapeer.
