With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Phelps of Lapeer, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Charles Phelps; her father John Eugene Cunningham; and her stepson Daniel Phelps. She is survived by: her child Tiffani Ann Cunningham of Murphysboro, IL; her grandchildren, Blake Cunningham and Rory Steele; her mother Katherine Frank of Lapeer; her sister Julie Thornsberry of Lapeer; her stepdaughter Tammy St. Charles; and her stepgrandson Levi Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Phelps family.
