He was predeceased by: his former wife Karla Holmes; his son Brandon Holmes; his parents, Darlene Street and David Holmes; and his siblings, Angela Jones and Troy Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Holmes; his children, Danielle Holmes (Brandon), Kailey Toles (Cody), TJ Moulder (Bonnie), Candice Rau (Anthony), Zachary Poole (Bobbie), Alexandra Whitcomb (Kyle) and Joshua Poole (Emily); his grandchildren, Layla, Malia, Ryatt, Kenzington, Giuliana, Stella, Alessandra, Emma, Joey, Novalee, Zachary Jr., Layton, Michael, Olivia, Madison and Nolan; and his siblings, Scott Holmes (Denise), Roger Parsons (Dawn), Jim Jones and Nadine Leiner (Rick). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
