He is survived by: his wife Sandie (Haughtington); his children, Kevin Johnston, Michelle Gilbert-Jensen (Jay Hartman), Tracey Johnston, Susan Patrick (Tim) and Stephen Johnston (Beth); and his grandchildren, Amber Field (David), Jessica Mitchell, Mitchell Hobner and Sophia Johnston.
