It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocky Mowan (Lansing, Michigan), born in Lakeview, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Maxine Mowan; and his stepsister Suzan Mowan. He is also survived by many cousins, uncles and all his biker friends.
