He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulvaney and Ellen Mulvaney (McKenna); his niece Megan Mulvaney; and his nephew Nicholas Mulvaney. He is survived by: his brothers, John (Jan), Jim (Judy) and Brian Mulvaney (Kay); and his nieces and nephews, Maureen VanGlabbeek (Wim), John E. Mulvaney, Angie Mulvaney and Tim Mulvaney (Sara). He is also survived by six grand nephews.
