He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Clare Cunningham (Jerry), Abi Johnson (Eric), Benedict (Helen) and Ellen Berry; his stepsons, Stephen McQuillan (Takako), Timothy McQuillan (Amber) and Brian McQuillan (Claudia); his stepmother Joan Lavender; and his siblings, Ian (Rachel), David, Sally Deater, Susan Young (Christopher), Nancy Kelly (Brian), Dallas (Cheryl), Jill Lavender (David) and Ruth Lavender (Christian). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
