She is survived by: her sons, Brad Sladek and Jeff Sladek; her grandchildren, Alyssa and Colin Sladek; her brother Bill Brogan (Sheila); her sister-in-law Carol Potter; and her nieces and nephews, Sarah Kose (Mehmet), Rachel Christenson (Tom), David Potter (Sally), Scott Brogan, Jared Brogan, Nikki Holmberg and Kellie Schneider (Pete).
