She is survived by: her siblings, John K Jr., Ronald, Robert Berning, Teri Whitney, Carol Heckard-Houghtaling (Bill) and Mary Berning; and her children, Nathan A. Potter Sr. (Austin Potter) of North Carolina, Trisha Strickland and Benjamin. She is also survived by her many family and friends.
